Reservations

We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available, preferably 5 to 7 days. Bookings made day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. All reservations for new clients must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment(s), please call us at (510) 232-22200 via email.
We can make special arrangements and hours for group sessions.

We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, VISA & MASTERCARD, personal checks and cash.

Gift Cerftificates

They are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual treatments, spa or bridal packages or predetermined denominations.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, we require 48-hour notice of any date change or cancellation.
50% cancellation fee will be charged for insufficient notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% for all services and packages.

Hours

Tuesday- Saturday 10 am to 7pm.
Sunday and Monday by appointment only or for special parties.
Same day appointments available. Walk-ins are always welcome based upon availability.

Arriving

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you might experience a heated neck cozy and herbal tea or water. We ask that you fill out a client profile at that time.
 

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated. Gratuities are best paid in cash or check to the therapist.
