you are interested in. We can make special arrangements for earlier
or later hours and groups. If you are a new client, a credit card
and/or gift card number is required to reserve your appointment.
Ginger Springs accepts VISA & MASTERCARD, personal checks and
cash.

Cancellation Policy
|

As a courtesy to our clients and therapists,
we require 24-hour notice of any date change or cancellation: 24
hour notice. 50% cancellation fee will be charged for insufficient
notice. No-shows will be charged 100% for all services and packages.

You will receive a reminder about your scheduled appointment.

Monday
thur Friday 10 am to 7pm. Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.
Sunday by appointment only or for special parties.
Gift cards available and are great
for all occasions!

Arriving
|
|
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment so that you might experience a heated neck cozy and
herbal tea or water. We ask that you fill out a client profile at
that time.

Gratuity
|
|
Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated. Gratuities are best paid in cash or check to the therapist.

We honor a 30 day money-back on most opened and
unopened products (up to discretion of management)
